OFFICIAL RULES OF THE "BIG LAUNCH CONTEST"
Selection of Winner[s] and Prizes they win: From all eligible entries received at 4s2s.com, the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan company and Call Com Inc will appoint judges to select 8 Grand Prize and 75 runner-up Prize winners. The eligible entries will be based on names of members that entered our monthly draw starting December 31, 2009 and then second joined the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan as a free member to be eligible for the Grand Prize and Runner up draw on June 30, 2010. No purchase necessary to enter this contest.
Each Grand Prize winner will receive either a name brand Laptop Computer or a Desktop Computer. Each Grand Prize winner may pick from the computer prizes available as they win and as choices are available.
We will award a total of 75 runner up prize winners they are 5 Cell Phones, 20 designer ladies hand bags and watches and Men’s designer wallets and watches these winners can pick from an assortment list we provide and we will come as close to their choice as possible. 10 copies of office Pro 2007, 10 copies of Adobe Master Collection CSS4, 10 copies of Norton Anti Virus or other antivirus programs, and 20 copies of popular games the winner can choose what is available.
We have monthly drawings with entries eligible starting December 31, 2009. All entries stay active and are edible to be drawn on any of the monthly drawings held by the company. All monthly winners if they join as a free member of the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan program are then eligible for the grand prize drawing. The winners first name and user name if they have one will be posted on the web site at 4s2s.com. The number of monthly winners will be determined by the company the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan company and Call Com Inc. These monthly drawing winners make up the entries in the Grand Prize drawing on June 30, 2010. Monthly prizes are in the thousands and are Money saving memberships, vouchers for mini vacations, saving cards, and certificates to save money on purchases. Values range from $99 to hundreds of dollars.
Winner Notification: Winners notified by electronic mail, and phone must reply with all contact information requested in the notification within ten (10) days from the date notification was sent, or another winner may be selected.
Privacy: We do not sell or release your information to any third parties for any reason. Your information is collected at 4s2s.com for the purpose of notifying the winners of the contest and to give information about our program the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan or the launch contest. We delete all data of any contest entries when the contest closes and they no longer wish to receive information on our program the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan.

All entries must be submitted via the submission form located on the web site at 4s2s.com by 11:59pm Eastern time, December 31, 2009. All fields on the submission form must be completed in order for entries to be accepted.
All Grand Prize entries first must have joined as a monthly contest winner then joined as a FREE member in the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan Program at 4s2s.com.
By submitting your entry you agree to be included in the monthly contest drawing at 4s2s.com and to be informed of online presentations and information about the contest by email or phone calls from the company 4 Steps To Success Action Plan or Call Com Inc.
Eight Grand Prize Winners will be selected and 75 runner up prizes. Winners will be announced June 30, 2010, on the web site at 4s2s.com and each winner will be contacted by email and phone. Each winner has 10 days to respond.
Entry period: To the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan new launch at 4s2s.com is an International Contest (the "Contest") begins at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on September 9, 2009 and ends on December 31, 2010, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST December 31, 2010.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of any country where the contest is permitted by law. You must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and respective spouses) and those living in their immediate households, whether or not related, of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. How to enter: All entries are accepted at the new launch site of the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan at 4s2s.com. All the fields of the entry form must be completed and true or the entry is voided. All entries are first placed in the monthly drawing held each month until the end of the contest period at December 31, 2009. All eligible entries who have won a monthly drawing and also enter the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan as a FREE member are entered in the Grand prize drawing held on June 30, 2010. The 4 Steps To Success Action Plan and Call Com Inc reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules.
Prize(s): Eight Grand Prize winners and 75 Runner Up Winners will be chosen by a panel of qualified judges appointed by the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan company and Call Com Inc from all entries received by 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2010. The judges will base their decisions on the following: Entry into the monthly contest drawing and winning a montly prize. Entering all fields on the entry form with complete and accurate information. Completing the FREE application for membership at 4s2s.com for the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan program.
Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the company. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except by Company in its sole discretion. Claiming a prize: Winners will be notified via e-mail, within 10 days following selection of the winners, at the e-mail addresses and phone number that they provided with their entries. All prizes must be claimed within 10 days. To claim their prize, winners must respond to the 4 Steps To Success Action Plan or Call Com Inc representative prize notification e-mail or phone call and complete the Affidavit and General Release with the prize release e-mail. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and awarded to alternative winners selected from the original pool of eligible entries for the Contest.

Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at companies sole discretion. By entering the Contest selected entrants and such entrants’ travel companions agree to fully indemnify the Promotional Parties from any and all claims by third parties without limitation. In connection with any of the monthly drawing prizes for all travel prizes.
In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Any person entering this Contest or trying to do so by any means which go against the intention of these Official Contest Rules & Regulations and which would be unfair to the other participants will be automatically disqualified and the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
The company at its sole discretion can change the rules of the contest to make it fair and ethical for all. These rules will be the guidelines for the contest. All winners must comply with all the above rules and stipulations.
